Manager is responsible for managing and supporting daily operation activities including item processing, exceptions/adjustment processing, account reconciliation, transaction research and dispute resolution, ACH file processing, ATM settlements, personal/business online banking, debit cards, credit cards, RDC, wire transfers, other processing rails within the payment arena, and marketplace lending activities. The
manager will be responsible for new product implementation and compliance. In addition, this person will be responsible for establishing and updating policies and procedures for operations. The ability to coordinate company-wide operations projects crossing various job levels and functions is a must. This is a multi-incumbent position.This person must comply with applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to, the Bank Secrecy Act, the Patriot Act, and the Office of Foreign Assets Control.Synapse is an equal opportunity employer.
